Internship Forms
Regarding Internship and Professional Practices;

Internship evaluation form has been updated. This form will be filled out by the company at the end of the internship and must be delivered in a sealed envelope.
The professional practice report in business has been updated. This form will be filled out by our students during vocational training in the business.
Internship report has been updated. This form will be filled out by our students during the internship.
External stakeholder opinion form has been newly added. This form will be filled out by businesses during vocational training in the business.
Interim report form for vocational training course in business administration has been added. This form will be filled out by students during vocational training in the business.
These forms must be delivered by e-mail during the pandemic period, and by e-mail and in person after the pandemic period, to the academic staff in the internship committee.
Our students, before their internship; should not forget to submit the declaration and undertaking form and the internship acceptance form.
Places of internship and internship directive forms provide the necessary information to our students and are recommended to be examined.
